Zumba starts back next week on Monday 30th January. The Daytime class is 10.45am every Monday in the Public Hall.
On 31st January and every Tuesday, a new class for Beginners starts next week at 6.30pm until 7.00pm and 8.00pm until 8.30pm.
This is Ideal if you have not done Zumba before. It will enable you to get used to the moves and still have a good workout.
It is £3.00 per class on the night or, if you pay for 4 weeks, it is £2.50 per class.
If you are trying to lose weight then take up a workout that you can have fun with. The beginners class is a great way to learn the steps and Zumba Rhythms which are used throughout the routines of the Zumba Dances.
So if you are unsure about trying a class, then start off from the beginning, and learn the steps. Do the class at your own level. Once you are confident with them, you will not stop dancing. You have to give yourself at least four weeks!
Come and have fun, whilst exercising. I make the class real fun. You can do it - Come along for the first one next week, it will help you to lose inches.
If you are interested in any of the beginners classes then please call to book a place. Call Karen on 07852 938851 or 01270 842535.
My Normal Class starts again on 31st January and every Tuesday at 7.00pm, straight after the beginners. This is for one hour. If you have done Zumba before, then the moves will be easier for you. Come and have fun with me and try my class.
Look forward to seeing you.
