Zumba

Every Wednesday, the Zumba Class starts at 8.00pm at Audlem Public Hall.

If you are new to Zumba and would still like to try my class, I am arranging a discount for 5 weeks to allow you to catch up, learn the routines and enjoy the class.

You do have to give Zumba at least 5 weeks — once you learn the steps and the rhythms you will not want to stop dancing.  Please call to book your place on 07852 938851 or 01270 842535.

If you have not tried Zumba before, or feel you do not have the confidence to try Zumba, start now with me and I will make it simple for you with some basic routines to enable you to still have fun and a good workout.

It is a great way to lose weight but, like anything new, you have to give it more than just 2 weeks!

I will help you to learn the steps and build you up to my full class, where they don't stop dancing and keep asking for more!

I am also starting my Monday daytime class again at 10.45am every Monday on 24th September. Please can you call to book your place, so that I can book the hall and go ahead with this date.

Call 01270 842535 or 07852 938851. I look forward to seeing you again.
