At a time when there is so much negativity surrounding youths and football, I am delighted to bring good news.

Six local lads who coach with Audlem Saints Football Club — Will Atkins, Connor Baxter, Nick Buckley, Jack Hancock, Alfie Sanders and Jack Warrington —  have all completed a 5-day course to qualify as Level 1 FA coaches.

Well done to them and long-time friend of the club and Buerton lad, David Vernon, for completing their course.

Audlem Saints FC training returns on 10th November after a short break due to holidays and Bonfire preparations.
