I am starting a New Class for Beginners on Wednesday 16th May at 8.00pm, 'About ZUMBA from Karen' New Class For Beginners. Don't miss out, start at the beginning.
It's at Audlem Public Hall 8.00pm every Wednesday starting from 16th.
I will be starting with Beginners Classes and keeping the Beginners going for new clients and people who need to stick to low impact!
If you have not tried Zumba before, or feel you do not have the confidence to try Zumba, start now with me and I will make it simple for you. Learn the steps, broken down for you.
With some basic routines to enable you to still have fun and a good workout. You must give it four weeks before you can start really enjoying the routines and feeling the benefits of Zumba.
You will have fun, if you like dancing then, come along to my Zumba Sessions, you will loosen up and will not want to stop dancing. It is a great way to lose weight, like anything new you have to give it more than just two weeks!
I will help you to learn the steps and build you up to my full class, Where they don't stop dancing and keep asking for more!
