I have just received a call from a foreign sounding gentleman who claimed he was from BT Internet Openreach.
I asked him to repeat where he was calling from so there was no misunderstanding and he very clearly claimed to be from BT and that he understood my broadband had some issues I wasn't aware of.
Alarm bells rung at this point and I told him I would need him to answer a couple of security questions to which he promptly hung up!
Beware -- I believe this to be a scam call and they may be targeting our area.
