Cycle ride this Sunday, January 14th — Weather permitting

Feeling you need more exercise?

Why not join the ADAPT cycle group on a modest 11 mile ride? We go at the pace of the slowest, so you don't have to worry about keeping up.

We will be following Route A4 -- details from here which uses our best asset of the country lanes around us; all on road, with only three short sections on the A525.

The Combermere Arms is open at 11am so we can stop for a quick coffee and return home about 1pm in time for lunch.

Light coloured or high-vis clothing should be worn, and there will be a safety briefing at the start.

Meet at 10.30 am at the Bridge Inn.

If you want to join us from elsewhere along the route please telephone Andy Hannah on 01270 811541
