Yesterday Audlem Hammers played Crewe Cobra's who are top of the league. We really wanted a win but it was not to be.

We defended really well in the first half and managed a couple of great shots against them, but to no avail. In the second half, they scored from a lucky free kick making the result 1-0 to them.

Dave Bebbington, the manager, says: "You learn more from a loss than from a victory!"
