A reminder that I have set up BootCamp Fitness sessions in Audlem. The classes in Audlem are as follows:


  • Tuesday 10.00am

  • Wednesday 5.30pm

  • Friday 10.30am


I run it from the Playing Field by the Public Hall.

I have been a personal fitness trainer since 2008 helping my clients across the UK make permanent changes to their lifestyle.

Whether you want to drop a dress size, look great for your wedding or just feel better about yourself then I am here to help you achieve your goals.

Having personal trained in Shropshire, overseas and in London I have worked with people from many different backgrounds, from clients who are complete beginners who have never exercised before to advanced trainers who want something different to their usual gym routine.
