This individual high quality detached, self-catering cottage is situated in Cilan, approx 1.5 miles outside the popular seaside village of Abersoch. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on a protected National Trust headland. The Cottage is situated within walking distance of the 2 sandy beaches of Porth Cerriad and Hells Mouth and with easy access to the excellent and wide variety of amenities of Abersoch.
This character Welsh stone cottage provides comfortable family accommodation in a rural setting, within 5 minutes of Abersoch and a wealth of excellent amenities.
The Cottage consists of three bedrooms, a modern bathroom (downstairs), a sitting room, dining room and kitchen. It is heated by oil fired central heating, but has also a log burning stove in the main living room for those cosy nights in!

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge and freezer, fan-assisted oven, washer drier kettle, toaster etc.
The sitting room has a log-burning stove, with comfortable sofas and chair, TV, and DVD player
The bathroom has a power shower over the bath.
The Cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed as has the second bedroom, the third room has twin beds. A cot is available on request.
The Cottage has quarry tiled floors on the ground floor and stained floorboards on the first floor.
Outside there is a large decking area to the rear with an eating space equipped with a barbecue, furniture and parasol overlooking the stunning views towards Abersoch. The cottage sits in its own grounds which it shares with a caravan used by the owners family. It is set back from the road and has plenty of parking space. There is also a set of swings for children’s use should they be required.
