Audlem Patient Panel

The Audlem Patient Panel is made up of volunteers, of all ages, who are patients of the Practice.

What we do

The panel passes on information from patients to the Practice and receives feedback from the Doctors and Staff. New services proposed by the Practice are discussed with the Panel before they are implemented.

What can you do?

If you have any comments or suggestions on how to improve patient care at Audlem Medical Practice, you can telephone one of the panel members. 

What happens then?

A Panel member will contact you, or act on your behalf if you wish to remain anonymous. Personal medical problems should be discussed directly with Practice staff, not with Panel members.
